History:
Zandra's history condensed: Born and raised by human parents in Dairen, Ga. Life was fairly uneventful untill Zandra's hair turned dark blue. A few years later they moved to a bigger city near the Florida/ Georgia border, Valdosta. Eventually her father, who was a park ranger, divorced her mother. Shortly afterwards he began an affair with another woman. Both parents ended up with custody of Zandra and she spent the next years tormented by her father's live in girlfriend for 6 months out of the year. During an fight with Nikki (the gf) is when Zandra's powers first manifested. Thankfully no one was hurt but it was a turning point in the young girl's life. After the fight she stayed with her mother and her father moved away. Zandra continued to practice in secret slowly discovering things about her powers. Despite the nifty abilities, life wasn't too thrilling, it was at times very hard to deal with. Her Mom made very little money and the two could barely make things meet. When other kids were zooming around in new cars and striding with new shoes, she was lucky if she got K-mart's blue light special. It was hard not to envy the other kids and people who seemed to have every thing and a family too. College seemed impossible but thanks to some scholarships and a fund started by her father Zandra has made her way to NYC. She currently lives with her mother's cousin in an attic room and has a job as a go-fer at her school's art dept.

Unusual physical characteristics: Zandra's eyes are unaturally
bright, even contact lenses could not achieve that effect. Her blue hair
is not a dye and surrounding her at all times is a strange aura of
coldness or invisible electricity.
Strength level: Zandra is a couch potato. Nuff' said.
Known superhuman powers: Zandra's powers stem from her
ability to manipulate the Electromagnetic Spectrum. Currently untrained
her powers go off at random. She has a weak Psi Shield, can create
disruptive EM Pulses, and EM Shields to name a few tricks. Can't give
away all her secrets yet.
Other abilities: Zandra has few fighting skills but is a
terrific artist.
Weapons and paraphernalia: Zandra has no weapons just
those strange arm bracers she wears.
Other notes: Zandra is walking that thin line between right
and wrong. She's tired of how most of the populace has treated her and
is also quite tired of not having enough money for the things she wants.
