History:
Vincent Sahno grew up in Brooklyn, and was always getting into trouble. He stole cars as a kid, and went to juvenile hall a few times. When he hit 18 he joined the army, and almost immediately regretted the decision, even going so far as considering desertion.
From the moment he got on the firing range, though, his lot in life began to improve. He seemed to be a crack shot, able to hit pretty well any target in front of him. What's more, he found he enjoyed guns the more he used them.
It also drew the attention of superiors. He was given the most tricky assignments, including special ops stuff that the american public wasn't supposed to know about. He never missed a target, whether a bullseye or a person.
Then he was drummed out. The official record lists the reason as insubordination, and he dropped out of sight almost immediately thereafter. He next appeared working with the Mutant Liberation Front, as they attempted to recruit Rogue, and then later fired from a safe position when they attempted to take Rachel. He usually prefers to stick to the background, though, with a gun aimed towards the action.
In mid October, Sahno was sent by the MLF to kill Detective Grant Sutton, recently involved in capturing a high-profile mutant fugitive, and Project Pegasus New York Office Head Robert Duncan. He succeeding in killing Duncan, but, unaware that Grant was somehow immune to bullets, missed Grant. He was first wounded by Grant, and then later killed when he attempted to try again.

Unusual physical characteristics: Sahno usually wears a
red bandana around his neck. He also normally prefers long hair,
though he sometimes cuts it to stop him from being recognized.
Strength level: Vincent Sahno possesses the normal human
strength of a man his age, height and build who engages in moderate
regular exercise.
Known superhuman powers: Vincent Sahno possesses a mutant
ability to calculate multiple complex trajectories instantaneously,
and superhuman hand-eye co-ordination. This ability allows him
almost perfect aim, hitting any target his weapon is capable,
regardless of distance, motion, or difficulty of the shot. He could,
for example, toss a coin in the air, and then fire at it and hit
heads or tails as he chose. He would almost literally never miss,
barring something interfering with the bullet in mid-flight,
something disrupting his aim as he fires, or a target somehow
reacting between the time the bullet is fired and the time the
it reaches them. While conceivably he could aim just as well with
any weapon, thrown fired, or launched, Sahno is only comfortable with
guns, and will only make use of his aim with a firearm of some sort.
