Moira was initially a staff-run NPC, but staffers only have so much time, and we were unable to get her active as much as we'd like, so we'd really love to see some intrepid player to come along and take over. It'll require some contact with staff on the issue (as she may be key to some future TPs and such), but she's a great character and you get to play with a fun accent.
