History:
Jennifer Stavros is the only child of Henry Stavros, quite possibly the most powerful crimelord in the western states. Her mother, an unknown prostitute from Las Vegas, allegedly died in a car accident three years after Jenny's birth. Henry mourned for a while, then poured his affection and his wealth into the child. Jenny grew up in casinos and hotels and bars, and her friends were often call-girls, escorts, and petty criminals. As she grew, Henry involved her more and more in family business, which naturally included far more than the legal fronts. Jennifer, therefore, is proof of environmental impact on a child.
Happy and content, spoiled to a degree that would shock normal parents, Jenny never lacked anything. If she wanted it, Daddy would get it. The rules in her home were simple: don't bother Daddy while he works. At the onset of puberty, a second rule was added: anything goes. Her moral standards are hardly conservative, and she spends intense amounts of time and money discovering new pleasures and thrills. Not surprisingly, she learned the ins and outs of every major casino in Reno and Las Vegas, and quickly picked up on all the rules and quirks of various games. It was in Caesar's Palace that she first noticed something unusual. Accustomed to winning simply because of who her father was, she didn't immediately recognize how odd it was that every spin of the roulette wheel landed in her favor. But three nights of unparalleled successes proved that something was different. And so she tried her luck on slots, craps, poker, blackjack...
Gradually she learned how to control some of her powers, and the extent of her luck. Random games, such as craps and roulette almost always work for her, while card games are not quite as reliable. The thrill of winning wore off, so she started focusing her attentions on the other players. Seeing the impact of her powers on other people. Lessons learned from playing with hookers aided in her charm and manipulation of unwary vacationers.
It was in one of her Reno suites that she first met Illyana, and while the details are still unknown, the two girls were rarely seen apart after that. Henry was relieved, actually, that Jenny found someone she wanted to keep. It wasn't long after that Daddy started subtly increasing Jennifer's responsibilities, training her to take his place someday. To further that goal, he assisted her in gaining full membership in the Hellfire Club, and placed her in nominal charge of some East Coast businesses. Using only Daddy's advice, Jenny is also working on establishing a business from the ground up, to call her very own. It's more fun to play than to work, but working pays for toys, bills, and bribes. Among other things.

Known superhuman powers: Roulette's mutant abilities have a
direct impact on chance and probabilities. Her typical use of these
abilities involves 'charging' a small disc, much like a poker chip, with
either good or bad luck, and tossing it at her target. She also 'exudes'
good luck like an aura, maintaining her own fortune on a subconscious and
uncontrollable level. As the exact mechanics of her powers are difficult
to determine, her true potential is equally difficult to anticipate.
Other abilities: Despite her age and her appearance, Jennifer
does possess a keen familiarity with the stock markets and private business
administration.
Weapons and paraphernalia: Assorted discs, slightly heavier than
normal poker chips. Red discs for good luck, black discs for bad luck.

Other notes: Jennifer has not appeared on Baywatch, and currently
has no plans to do so. She is currently available for apping, and was
last seen as the White Queen of the HFC, although she wouldn't have to
stay there.
