History:
After being put up for adoption after birth, Frankie was born in an area where the demand for children simply wasn't high enough for her to be adopted. Foster families and orphanages in California became her home, and as she grew older, more reckless and angry, the chances of her ever being adopted by a family became slim. Typically verbally abusive families did nothing to sedate her, and each year that passed she became more uncontrollable, often staying in foster families for barely a few months at a time.
After her powers manifested, she found herself considered legally dead at 11 years old, living on the streets, trying to keep away from the police or anybody who would become overly suspicious of a young girl on the streets by herself. After some time Frankie went to Colorado, where the daughter of an old foster mother, the only one who'd actually cared for Frankie at all, lived. Brenda was much like an older sister to her, and allowed Frankie to live with her. But school wasn't a possibility, she was unable to catch up because of dyslexia, she never showed any effort to try to correct it, and teachers gave up. She was constantly getting in fights with both guys and girls, often which ended up in the others being burned quite badly. The Black Prom only made things worse, and Frankie was afraid that parents would attempt to do something to Brenda.
So she left, and moved to Miami for a number of years. Miami wasn't bad, it was warm, and it had lots of tourists. She never seemed to be short on cash down there. But when she found out that Brenda could be moving to New York City, she wanted somebody to be able to latch on to. Brenda was just about the only person she consider a friend, and she really considered her an older sister. Granted, on Frankie's part, it was a bit of a quick move, and Brenda may not end up coming. But Frankie was craving a change of scene in any case, so she's in New York, trying to make it as best she can.

lots of them. Look somewhat tribal on her forearms and have a pattern, and
simply slashed up on her hands (and feet).
Strength level: Frankie has the normal strength and endurance
of somebody who engages in minimal to semi-regular exercise.
Known superhuman powers: Frankie is able to raise the
temperature of her hands and lower arms upward toward extreme temperatures,
resulting in a sort of skin peeling effect after each use of her powers -
no matter what. She's also able to raise the temperature of very
designated areas between 60F(14C) and 300F(134C).
Other abilities: Usage of basic guns(pistols) and lock
picking.
Weapons and paraphernalia: Always has a coat or heavy
sweater of some kind, no matter the season.
