The Majesdanians are back, and the Runaways have to go on the run while they figure out what to do, and Chase has to go it alone while he discovers some new toys.
Most of the issue is spent running, so the issue itself feels a little short. It's not bad, on the whole, though. Two things of note stand out though. First, there are many scenes where things didn't really flow well and it wasn't clear where anything was happening with respect to anything else. I think this was mostly a problem with the artist relying on close in shots, which serve his cartoony style better.
Also, Karolina's bracelet is brought up again. This time, Moore avoids the mistake Whedon seemed to make, recognizing that Karolina no longer needs it to look human. However, he seems to have missed that Whedon had Karolina still wearing it regularly in his arc (although he never made it explicit as to whether it was necessary or just made it easier). Still, it's only a minor point and I'm willing to let Moore's treatment of the idea softly retcon Whedon's, since nothing in the previous story depended on this bracelet. This is probably too continuity-geeky for most, but I only have one comic to talk about.
